  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated

  • 2 large tomatoes, pureed

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • Salt, to taste

  • Chopped coriander leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and keep them aside.

  2. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté the finely chopped onions until they turn translucent.

  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add the tomato puree to the pan and stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.

  5. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder to the pan and mix well.

  6. Add heavy cream to the pan and stir until well combined.

  7. Add salt to taste and mix well.
