INGREDIENTS
2 Cup Rice
1 Cup Ragi
1 Cup Moong Daal
1 Cup Dried Banana Slice
7-8 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 Ajwain
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash throughly and Soak Rice and Moong daal separately for 1 Hour.
- Wash throughly ragi and let it sun dry for 1-2 hours.
- Drain water completely from Rice and Moong dal. Spread over a cloth and let it sun dry.
- Similarly dry roast moong dal till golden brown colour in low to medium flame.
- Also in a pan, dry roast Cumin seeds, ajwain seeds and few cardamom.
- Grind together roasted rice, moong daal, ragi, dried banana, cumin seeds, cardamom and ajwain seeds to fine powder. Sieve properly.
