INGREDIENTS

3 Packets Maggi
2 Potato
1 Big Onion
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Tomato
1-2 Green Chilli
1/2 Cumin Seeds
1/2 Mustard Seeds
1/2 Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
1 Tsp Chilly Sauce
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
1/2 Cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a deep bottom pan, boil 4-5 cups of water. Add 3 cubes of Maggi, 1 Tsp oil and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Half cook the noodles.


  2. Drain complete water from noodles and allow it to cool down. Keep aside. 1 tsp oil and lemon juice will avoid maggi from getting sticked up together.


  3. In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil. To it add 1/2 mustard seeds. Add 1/2 cumin seeds.


  4. Chop and add 2 Potatoes, 1 onion, 1-2 green chillies and 1 tomato to the pan. Saute for 1 minute.



  5. Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well. Cook for couple of minutes with lid closed.





  6. Now add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cup water and salt. Mix well and cook. 



  7. Later add 3 packets of maggi masala to it and mix well.



  8. Now add cooked noodles to the prepared gravy and mix nicely with loose hand.



  9. Close with a lid, so that the noodles get mixed with the gravy evenly. It may take 1-2 minutes.


  10. To it add 1 tsp chilly sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce and 1/2 tsp soy sauce. Mix well.



  11. Garnish with kasuri methi or coriander leaves. Serve hot.
