INGREDIENTS

2 Cup Curd
1/2 Cup grated Coconut
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp salt
Few Curry Leaves
3-4 Garlic Pods
1-2 Green Chillies
1 Finely Chopped/ Grated Cucumber
1-2 Tsp oil


INSTRUCTIONS
  1.  Take two cup Curd. To it add 1/2 tsp Salt. Beat Curd till smooth texture. Keep aside.

  2. In a mixer jar, take 1/2 cup grated coconut, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 garlic pods, 1-2 green chillies and little salt. Grind in pulse mode for few seconds so that it gets only crushed.





  3. Wash and finely chop a cucumber.

  4. Add the prepared coconut mixture and cucumber to the beaten curd and mix well.


  5. In a pan, add 1-2 tsp oil. To it add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and few curry leaves. Add this to garnish the curd.


  6. Serve with Rice or Biriyani.
