INGREDIENTS 

400gms Cheera/ Red Spinach
1 Onion
2 Green Chilli
1 Cup grated coconut
1/2 Turmeric Powder
2-3 Shallot
4-5 Garlic pods
1/2 Cumin Seeds
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash throughly and chop Cheera/ Red Spinach.





  2.  Chop 1 Onion.


  3. In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil. To it add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.



  4. To it add chopped Red spinach/cheera and onion and cook with lid closed.



  5. Meanwhile, in a mixer jar, take 1/2 cup grated coconut, 1/2 tsp turmeric,  salt, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 garlic pod and 1-2 green chillies. Grind them in pulse mode and keep aside.




  6. Add the coconut mixture to it and mix well. Also add few curry leaves. Cook for another couple if minutes.



  7. Serve hot with Rice.
