 INGREDIENTS

15-20 Agasthya Flower
200 gm Beans
1 Onion
1-2 Green Chilli
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Cup Grated Coconut
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 Tbsp Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash and Chop 15-20 Agasthya flower, 200 gm Beans and 1 Onion. Keep aside.



2. Heat a pan, add 1 Tbsp Oil. To it add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. Wait for it to crackle.



3. Now add chopped onions. Cook Onion for a minute or two.



4. To it add finely chopped beans. Cook for another minute.



5. Now add chopped Agasthya flower to it, cover with a lid and cook. It will release some water, so need to add additional water.




6. Meanwhile, in a mixer jar, take 1 cup grated coconut, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds,  1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,  1/2 turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt & 1-2 green chillies. Grind it in Pulse mode.




7.  Put the prepared coconut mixture to the pan and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.


8. Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
