INGREDIENTS
  1. 250 gms Paneer                   
  2. 2 Onions
  3. 1 Cup Curd 
  4. 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds 
  5. 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds 
  7. 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp Kalongi 
  9. 1 Part Cinnamon
  10. 4-5 numbers Cloves
  11. 1 Tbsp Chilly Powder
  12. 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  13. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  14. 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  15. 1/2 tsp Kasuri Mehti
  16. Salt To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Dry roast 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed, 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds, 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds, few Cinnamon & 4-5 Cloves. Make fine powder and keep aside.



2.  In a kadai, add 1 tbsp oil. To it add 1/2 tsp Kalongi. Thereafter add 2 chopped onions to it and saute for couple of minutes.  Add salt.





3. Mean while, in a bowl take 1 cup Curd. To it add 1 Tbsp Chilly Powder, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Pepper Powder, 1/2 tsp Kasuri Mehti, prepared masala and Salt To Taste. Mix well without any lumps. Pour the mix in kadai and mix well with onions.















4.  Let the gravy cook for 2 mins and then add paneer cubes. Mix well.

 

5. Cook for another 8-10 minutes until gravy thickens.



6. Serve hot with Chapatti, Naan or rice.
